Payment Method

Talkmenow uses a points-based system for lesson payments. Here is a detailed guide on how to top up and use your balance.

Points System

1 point = 1 VND. Students top up points in their account and use them to pay for lessons. Points have no expiry date and cannot be converted back to cash (except for refunds under policy).

How to Top Up

• Bank transfer: Transfer to Talkmenow's bank account using the details provided when placing a top-up request. Include your transaction code in the transfer notes.
• After a successful transfer, please upload a screenshot or confirmation receipt.
• Points will be added to your account within 24 business hours after the transaction is confirmed.

Minimum Top-Up Amount

The minimum amount per top-up is 50,000 VND.
