Lesson Policy

1. Booking and Confirmation

• Students choose a tutor, course, and available time slot to submit a booking request.
• Tutors have 24 hours to confirm or decline. If no response, the system automatically cancels and refunds points.
• Students can only book at least 15 minutes before the scheduled lesson time.

2. Lesson Cancellation

• Cancel more than 24 hours in advance: 100% points refunded.
• Cancel 12–24 hours in advance: Partial points refunded.
• Cancel within 12 hours: No refund.
• If the tutor declines: 100% points refunded to the student.

3. Conducting the Lesson

• The tutor shares the meeting link (Zoom/Meet/Teams) after confirming the lesson.
• Both students and tutors should join on time. If one party is absent for more than 15 minutes, the other may submit a report.
• Teaching content must match the description of the registered course.

4. Completion Confirmation

After the lesson ends, the student can confirm completion. If not confirmed within 24 hours, the system will automatically confirm and release points to the tutor.

5. Complaints

Students may submit a report if the lesson did not proceed as agreed. Talkmenow will review within 3–5 business days and notify the result by email.
