Step 1: Create an Account

Visit the registration page, fill in your details, and verify your email.
Complete your profile so tutors can understand you better.

Step 2: Top Up Your Balance

Go to Top Up in your account and follow the bank transfer instructions.
Points will be added within 24 business hours after transaction confirmation.
The minimum top-up amount is 50,000 VND.

Step 3: Find the Right Tutor

Browse the tutor list and filter by subject, language, price, or availability.
Review profiles, intro videos, and ratings from other students before deciding.

Step 4: Book a Lesson

Select a course and available time slot, then submit a booking request.
Points will be temporarily held until the tutor confirms.
You will be notified by email when the tutor confirms or declines.

Step 5: Attend Your Lesson

Check the meeting link in Booking Management or via the chat with your tutor.
The system will send a reminder 15 minutes before your lesson.
Join on time and make the most of your lesson!

Step 6: Confirm Completion and Leave a Review

After the lesson, confirm completion in Booking Management.
Leave a review for your tutor to help the learning community grow.
If the lesson did not proceed as agreed, you can submit a report within 24 hours.
